1) Shipping and shipping costs

We send all of our shipments exclusively with tracking via DHL.

Our shipping days are always Tuesday and Saturday, with the exception of Fridays for e.g. before public/bank holidays.

Germany

From 100,- € order value free shipping with DHL to Germany

DHL parcels are delivered Mondays to Saturdays.

France, Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, Croatia, Czech Republic, Portugal, Hungary, Ireland, Finnland, Estonia, Lithuania, Slovenia, etc.

Shipping Flat Rate 15,49€ via DHL tracked Parcel

Switzerland, Great Britain and Liechtenstein

 Shipping Flat Rate 20,95€ via DHL tracked Parcel

Norway and Iceland

Shipping Flat Rate 23,90€ via DHL tracked Parcel

USA - from August 26th, 2025!
Due to the new US Tariffs, new Shipping Options are in Effect - Hopefully we can offer better rates in the near future!

For shipments up to an order value of €85, shipping is €48.90 via DHL Standard with tracking.
Alternatively, €97.40 via DHL Express up to an order value of €150!

 For all other shipments over €150, shipping is a flat rate of €138.20 via DHL Express with tracking.
Shipping times with DHL Express is estimated from 2-5 Days!
Please take into consideration Peak-Season with the Delivery (Xmas for e.g.)


Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico

All shipment up to an order value of 149,99€, the shipping cost is 27,90€ via DHL tracked Parcel.

For all other shipments over 150,-€ order value, the shipping cost is 48,90€ via DHL tracked Parcel.

All shipments are shipped with the DAP delivery term.
Customs and import tax charges may apply to the customer if the destination country is outside the EU.
Please check with your local authorities for possible import fees.

Desk-Ops can and will not cover any Customs or Import Tax fee.

Please inquire about delivery costs and options to other countries.
